Our volunteer team works on our six principles of effective inter-cultural community bridge-building:

• Welcoming people well;
• Intelligent hanging out;
• Listening well and getting others to listen to each other well;
• Talking directly about racism and other hard things that divide us;
• Holding out a bigger, hopeful picture;
• Deliberately seeking and maintaining diversity

Volunteering with us is a great way to learn more about all of these.
