In Cook & Eat Well this week Aysha and Manal showed us how to make Sudanese lamb and okra (and a chicken and okra variation) which we then enjoyed with rice and home-made "avocado salad" (like a guacamole) .
All the dishes were extremely tasty.
One comment was "we should definitely open a restaurant with food this good!" A recipe I will surely try recreating at home.
Craig had never tried Okra before - he'll be trying it again I think!
