n Wednesday 21st December 2011 we hosted a tenants' Christmas party. We had lots of great people come to Open Office and we had wonderful food including samosas from Roti Junction and mince pies. Yum Yum!

Sudanese Okra

In Cook & Eat Well this week Aysha and Manal showed us how to make Sudanese lamb and okra (and a chicken and okra variation) which we then enjoyed with rice and home-made "avocado salad" (like a guacamole) .
All the dishes were extremely tasty.
